For women in the Corps, is there a choice of wearing pants (trousers?) or skirts? Or no choice, skirts only?

Heather, I am assuming that you are referring to the Dress uniforms and the answer is female Marines can choose between the skirt or trousers, unless otherwise informed by a superior.

Yes- I meant in the dress uniforms.
