so i'm sorry in advance but here's the story, i used to weigh 300lbs. now i'm down to 215lbs. but I seem to have hit a plateau. weight loss has really slowed to a crawl and i still need to lose another 20-25lbs. i will DEP in 20080715 so it's not last minute but my program doesn't seem to be cutting it anymore i was wondering if any of you Marines had some advice. thanks for taking the time.
not that i can say from any kind of experience but i keep reading that all it takes is commitment, well i've been committed for quite some time and i haven't put in all this time just to punk out now i can do the work i was just wondering if anyone had a good routine to "change it up" with.
