I want to enlist in the Military ASAP. I was arrested in May 2007. This is what I was charged with:

I was charged with: Firearms Not To Be Carried W/O License and Carry Firearms Public In Phila.
I stole my ex girlfriends gun (she is prior Air Force) but it is her personal gun. She did not know that I stole it or took it from her house. I was picked up later that day by the police randomly outside (they often stop people here in Philadelphia) and therefore I was arrested for having a gun on me and not having a licenses to carry. I was never charged with theft or with stolen property, just with carrying a firearm without a licenses.

I have no other criminal records, except one disorderly conduct: Go here:

The Commandant has decided to chuck all the rules and anyone who wants to join can give it a shot.
Waivers? Who needs them?
All felonies and misdemeanors will be forgiven.
ADD, SAD, HDD, HIV, AIDS, BFD, BVD, etc....all these conditions will be OK...

If the gun is worth over $500, that would be "grand theft" which turns out to be a felony. 3 misdemeanors or 1 felony is subject to DQ. I sure hope you don't get a waiver for the that crime you committed you freggin Turd!

Ok, you were not charged with stealing the gun, but you carried it without a license. Which is a felony in and of itself. Now, your disorderly conduct, why was there a bench warrant issued? Did you not show up for court? Hmmmmmmm, the plot thickens.
