I am a Sgt in the Marine Corps currently but will be ending my obligated service soon. I already have my B.S. but I'm 31 y/o. What is the probability of being accepted into OCS at this age? I also have a felony dating back to 1995, I know these two items limit (if not destroy) my chances of becoming a Marine Corps officer but is there any chance?

Sgt. Sheriff, no one on these boards can give you a real definite answer for your specific case. Have you talked to your Platoon Commander about submitting a MECEP package? You might even want to consider contacting an Officer Selection Officer. There's a good chance your age will be waived, especially since you're a prior. I'm not too sure about the felony but it's definitely worth a shot.
