Hey what are the Marine ROTC scholarship requirements and what are some marine corps ROTC colleges in Chicago

I don't think there is a Marine Corps ROTC.

Find a school with Navy ROTC, and then you'll have to do the Marine option.

Contact your local officer selection office (OSO) for more definitive details as we're not recruiters. You may even want to consider PLC which they'll explain in great detail with you.
