It isnt a big deal but i have been reading that you dont get an enlistment bonus at all. If anyone has any idea on what the deal is with that please just let me know. I am a sr. in high school and i am leaving July 22

When you read your contract before you signed it, what was written in it?

If the paperwork was written to include a bonus, then after you meet the criteria for that bonus, you will receive it.

If no bonus was written into your contract and you signed that contract....well....I think you get the ideal.....

What you may have been reading about, is that congress has temporarilly suspended some bonus programs pending re-approval.
If it's in your contract you will get it though.
