I have a question about SOI. When im there will I be able to have a cell phone, lap top, etc. And do you get to bring your car? And last thing do you get like weekends off?

A lot of your questions depend on which part of SOI you go to. Are you attending ITB or MCT? Cars are not going to be allowed at either. You can bring a vehicle when you reach your first duty station. At ITB you will get liberty for the weekends, depending if your company has earned it. Cell phones/MP3 players/laptops etc were allowed in my company when I was in MCT. We were not allowed to keep them though. They were collected and passed out during liberty. Once again this depends on your company and which part of SOI you are in.

Word of advice, dont bring anything more than you need to get through the school. You have enough distractions already, focus on learning what is being taught. Those who paid attention and actually learned the lessons were a lot further ahead when they hit the fleet.
