Since I have been trying to eat healthy and pt for my deployment I will try to answer. STAY AWAY FROM CRAP FOOD.

That has been my whole thing, I stay away from crap I know is no good for me. Junk food, soda, MC NASTY, foods with high in fat. I have been trying to eat more protein rich foods. BTW I have never been a pt stud so if one of you guys has somthing to add I would also appriciate it.

Artillery brings dignity to what would otherwise be just a brawl.

You should search a bit more. A basic search for "PT" brings up a 14 page, information filled, post by DeepRecon, which helped me a great deal too.
Awright, listen up! Get on the road for PT. Now.

Marines, if my post is out of line, I apologize, I just wanted to share the information. Trying to live by the Marine Corps Leadership Principles.
