Just wanted to know whats the difference between the two, i've heard its a completely different experience being an officer, but i dont know exactly what that means. Any general info would be very helpful.

Officer: shiny collar.
Enlisted: black collar.

Officer: Cool looking sword.
Enlisted: Regular looking sword.

Officer: Carries pistol, shouts and waves pistol at enemies.
Enlisted: Carries rifle, uses rifle to shoot enemies.

Officer: Enjoys ballroom dancing, quality time with wife, classic rock and/or country, harmless hobbies such as surfing or collecting coins.
Enlisted: Enjoys getting intoxicated, quality time at Jville/Oceanside strip clubs, loud rock and/or rap, dangerous hobbies such as driving motorcycles too fast.

Officer: Clumsy with computers, fluent in Powerpoint-speak.
Enlisted: Can list every weapon in Call of Duty 4 and Halo 3, moonlights as l33t h8ckz0r online.

Officer: Uses terms such as "regrettable incident", "kinetic rearrangement", and "reactive adaptability."
Enlisted: Uses terms such as "cluster****", "blowing **** up", and "Semper gumby."

Officer: Thinks Marines are happy when complaining about something.
Enlisted: Are irritated when complaining about something.

Officer: Usually appears uncomfortable or awkwardly silent around enlisted stories of alcoholic/sexual escapades.
Enlisted: Laughs loudly at stories of alcoholic/sexual escapades.

Well thanks for answering my question.
There is a difference between entering my question into a search engine and opening an honest discussion with Marines who are knee deep in the sh**, so why did you even waste your time linking me to the "Wannabe Forum Safety Standown," if responding to certain post like this is such an unecessary waste of your time?

Because if you took the time to read the links that were posted, you might find some information useful to you. Instead of asking a question that has been asked and answered numerous times here. So, go do some reading, in the different forums, and then we will be happy to answer questions that will clear up any of your questions.
