0700 in the office
1100 to 1300 chow and individual PT, unless you are on phone watch.
1300 to 1700 in the office.
1700 to whenever on thursday night: field day barracks.

Now this is Squadron admin schedule. I'm sure the ground side admin is more regimented. At least I hope so.
