Hello, I will be starting my NROTC Orientation next Monday. I know there is already a PT topic but I figured I'd be able to get my question answered sooner if I did this, since I messed up and didn't think about this until now, I need it answered soon.
My question is, to be 100% for my PFT and for Orientation training, with one week left, should I do my normal workout, only some of it, or none of it? My regular schedule is: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: Run about 3.5 miles and then lift. Wednesday, Saturday: Just run 3.5 miles. Sunday: Rest. Thank you. |
