I hear my Mom calling me, I have to go home now.
Posted
Im from Northern California and poolee's from many RSS's around the Bay Area met today in San Jose to drill and compete against other offices.

Did anyone else attend?

It was a pretty interesting day. I volunteered and "worked with" some real DI's aka they chewed us out and made us PT Boot Camp style. I imagine not as intense as the real deal but it was definitely a good experience to get an idea of whats to come.

Just thought id throw that out there.

Oohrah!

This isn't a forum for Wannabe's to talk about their days. Though I wish I had an opportunity to get chewed out before boot.

Artillery brings dignity to what would otherwise be just a brawl.

My apologies sir. I figured this was one of those "rare situations" where sharing my experience would be constructive conversation for myself and other poolees as well.

Roger that. There were families and children present so I knew it had to be somewhat watered down. No worries though, come August 4th ill see what its really like.

Lucky for you there numbers-prc that your savior (Tom Hansen), got to me on the old Land Line before I read this.

You little snott knosed SOB, you should be thankful for the likes of these Marines, and every person that has ever served in the armed forces. Because for the grace of them, you have the freedom to type zhit like you sent him.

Not that you guys give a crap about what members here say, but that was uncalled for. A future Marine comes on here, posts information that he thought was relevant, apologizes respectfully after being told it wasn't, and you put that tag under his name? Why?
