Hello im currently in the dep and was wondering when im through with Bootcamp and SOI how obtaining a college edcuation is possible. Im really asking like is there like an edcuation councelor who helps you with everything or is it a thing you do on your own. If someone here who know about this could help me out that would be awesome!

Did you actually read the info on the links? Because I typed in college in the find button and got 28 pages of topics that had that word in it. We are not going to spoon feed you. Get some initiative.
