well AT FIRST that wasnt my name until i got disrespected by this guy named hollywoodMarine..so the marine mod is his freind so he got me suspended so i changed my name to HMKILLA the HM STANDING FOR that hollywood marine guy..not hospital corpsman..

secondly, my mission was to come and get info..so i asked a question about infantry as u can see if you actually read from the begining and stop being a butt kisser, and when i asked i was being insulted for no reason.. so thats when i got angry and became the person everyone dosent like now...
ive read every single thread on here so if i get suspended it dosent matter... and you people that dont know whats going on should just sont reply.

Bwhahahahaha, you made it to one. Big Grin

I know ipscone laid down the ground rules a ways back for cross forum moderating. We don't care too much in the Army Forums and sometimes the Hot Topic Mods come into the Army MI forums when there is a OPSEC violation and nobody is online.

BTW, Scafi enlisted I believe. I have not heard a peep out of the guy since his last visit to the MEPS. He was going for the Medical eval and swear in last I heard. Big Grin

I have to agree with this guy, just because you are a Marine doesn't mean you have the right to act like a dick. This is the internet, lighten up.

oh, and btw...I love how no one has even given a legit answer to main post. I would love to, but I don't have that kind of experience. Instead everyone is busy being ego maniacs. Great forums!

It means, this is our house, and you are our guest. Follow our quidelines and drop the attitude that you demonstrated on would I still be aloud to enlist? Failure to do so will get you booted.

Kids demanding information then complaining when they don't like the answers seems to be a common theme nowadays.

We have the right to run our house as we see fit. We have all spent our time in the trenches, taken our licks, and we will be damned if some civilian jackass tells us how to operate.

If you want info, you can come to the Marines in here respectfully and they will provide it. What they wont do is tuck you is brush your hair and tell you that your pretty.

For the Wannabe's, when you see post's like in this thread do not think that your fellow Wannabe's or Poolies are writing this crap. A few years back this site turned into a grab a$$ site and it was getting nasty, some of the pic and posts where in poor taste even if you where a Marine. Mil.com decided to put it's foot down and cleaned up the MODF.

John, Sgt Shaw "B", Mike "Ipscone" and myself have worked on fixing what was a mess of a site. This is one site we can be proud of now, you can speak you mind as long as you are respectful to us and all and play by the rules. It's clean and upfront despite what these guy's think or say. Each Section has it's own rules at the top of it, read them if in doubt. We get folks from the past who still are very bitter about the changes that where made, and in their childish way they come back and make post's like this from time to time. We know how deal with them on our terms, please do not think this is how the Marine Corps works. Once you become a Marine you will learn a catch phrase that will be used by your SgtMjr and CO. That is there is always 10% that mess things up for those who are trying.

You have some class act's working these threads, this site has been on the come back road and I'm glad to be a part of it. John, B, and Mike are a great team to be apart of.

It's kind of nice to think that these guy's see that every month we pick up more and more new and past members while there site memberships are not growing at the same pace.

Applause Very well said Tom. Applause

I guess I should have said something to you last night. Yeah Gunny's can make mistakes also. Angel/Devil

Marines know very quickly when they are dealing with another Marine. Like Tom said, you're always gonna have your 10%.

Mike, B, Tom, and myself have worked very hard to make this your house. The Marines that post here like to answer your questions, don't ever think they don't. Do your research, and if you can't find it ask. These Marines will come through.

With that I leave you with best wishes in your quest to become one of the Very Few.

Dude, you should have read the forum rules. It says to type in proper english. You didn't, so the Marines jumped on you. Don't be a dumba$$, apologize and end this crap. You have been hiding behind your uncle so don't deny it, look at your previous posts. You have had an attitude since the beggining, when the Marines attempted to correct you. Also, in order to get into the military you must pass the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery Test(ASVAB). As of right now, I don't think you are eligible to enlist due to illiteracy and the inability to write and speak proper english.

Hi my name is Zack Backus, I enlisted in the Marine Corps last Nov, but tore my miniscus while in recruit training, and was seperated. Just thought I would give some background before posting.

I was wondering if we could get back to the topic now. I am wondering the same thing. The first time I enlisted my contract was 5800, MP, but this time around I want to go 0311. but I am more after what is the day to day stuff, I understand there will be training from time to time, Im after whats done on a daily basis. Thanks.

I have looked at different posts, on this fourum. Marines were describing how life was as a garrison Marine. I am looking more at what day to day life will be as a "brown-bagger" in the Infantry.
