I heard that Helecopter / Fixed Wing Aircraft pilots have to serve at least ten years. Is this true? Do all Marine Corps Officers have a required service length of ten years?

If it is the same now as it was a few years ago, here is how it works:
For rotary-wing pilots and Naval Flight Officers (NFOs), there is a six year obligation upon the completion of flight school.
For fixed-wing pilots, there is an eight year obligation at the completion of flight school.
With OCS, TBS and flight school, it ends up being about eight years for rotary-wing and 10 years for fixed-wing.
Ground officers usually have a 3 1/2 year obligation upon the completion of TBS (ends up being a little over four years). This could vary depending on whether or not you came from the Naval Academy or had an NROTC scholarship.

For OCS commissions it's 3.5 years.
For USNA, it's 5 and for NROTC it's 4.
But yeah, in aviation, if you get winged, depending on your pipeline, it's extended.
