Alright.
I'm 14 years old.
I have 4 charges of misdemeanors.
I've been charged with petty theft(stole some clothes but gave them back) Battery, not sure what it's categorized under but I pulled a fire alarm, and I joked around with a friend about "bombing" a school.

Will these misdemeanors DQ from enlisting in the Marine corps when I turn 17?
I received the petty theft and battery charge when i was 13.

I will be attending Grizzly Youth Academy for sophomore or junior year.
Will this help the probability of the Moral waivers being accepted?

Thank you for taking time to read and/or post.
I'd be highly appreciated if i got a response from a recruiter.

First of all, a recruiter don't have to answer you. 1) they hardly come on these forums and 2) forums or reality, they devote their time to people who are qualified AGE-WISE to join the military.

Secondly, what are your goals in life?

When I was fourteen, I already knew wanted to join the military. Yeah, I know not everyone knows at that point yet. But, if you know your goals, then you know what you need to do and not do.

For me I stayed out of trouble! No, I'm no angel and I'm not close to perfect, but I knew that getting into trouble, especially with the law would either lessen my chances to get into the military or DQ me altogether.

At that same age, I heard about some teenagers who got drunk one time. These 'teens also had the duty of raising and taking down the national flag for their high school. Well, that same drunken afternoon, they realized they had forgotten to take down the flag.

So they went to their school (still drunk) lowered the flag and as they were folding it, one or more them puked on the flag! A police officer happened to be driving by and saw that spectacle. So he stopped to see what was going on. When he realized they were drunk, he arrested them for underage drinking!

If they weren't drunk, then he wouldn't have had to arrest them, he probably would have given them a good a** chewing!

Anyways, one of these boys tried to join the Navy. For his drunkeness, a waiver was required, but guess what? It was DENIED! When the authority who read the police report saw the puking on the flag part, it probably nailed the coffin shut on this guy's application.

As for you, you stole and on top of that, you joked about "bombing" a school. Hey, jokes like that can get you in bigger trouble than just a misdemeanor. That guy who puked on the flag thought it was funny, unfortunately it denied him entrance into the Navy. In the military, the National Colors (Flag) is taken seriously.

You joked about bombing a school and in effect killing people. How do you think that will look to the person reviewing your waiver app? (I'm not saying you will be denied like the puke incident, but I am saying you will have a heck of a time convincing someone you changed.)

Like was already said, you better turn yourself around.

Your time at Grizzly Adams will probably help you. Be the class ace! But you need to look inward and want to IMPROVE YOURSELF. They will probably help push you, but you have to do the legwork!

I have a reckless charge and now I have another 1 pending, law classifies them as a Class I misdemeanor even though its a traffic ticket, can these be disqualifying also?

Some of you Wannabes are either blind, going through denial, or retarded. YOU ARE DQ'd IF YOU HAVE MORE THEN 2 MISDEMEANORS!
