I am 17 and considering joining the Marine Corps.
I have a titanium rod in my left femur with 4 screws. Will this disqualify me from being able to join? Would it make a difference if I had it removed?

I had four pins in my leg, had them removed, I could not join until my leg healed totally, then I had a hole in my ear drum, had it repaired to be able to join.

Marines want healthy young recruits, then the Marines will phukk em up and break them down, kick em out.

Get the picture?

You can go to the Joining the Military forum and ask them. I've been told that since there are recruiters posting in there, there is legitimate info passed. Roll Eyes
