You do everything as a group, except for the part where the doctor fondels your ball sack and makes you bend over spread your cheeks and lift your sack.

When you first walk into the room where they do the physical and do all the group tests like the duck walk, breath threw your mouth and not your nose. If you don't a typhoon of BO is going to hit you, and you might throw up.
