I was talking to a fellow booster club member at my younger sons high school. I told her about Kyle's enlistment, Ft. Benning, etc. Her son has been in the military for 3 years now. I told her how I had found this website that was very helpful to me. She knew all about this website and told me how helpful it had been for her. Then she told me this story...
My friend said that there was one mom in particular that really helped her through her hardest times.
Fast forward: several months after her sons enlistment she was at church services. After services, she began small talk with a visitor that was sitting behind her. One thing led to another........end of the story, this was the mom that she befriended through this website that helped her out so much!!
