Has anyone else had any issues with getting their graduation pictures from Ft Benning? We paid a lot of money for a plaque and photos and have still not received them. We were told we would get the photos by Christmas. When we were at graduation they had a problem with their photo printer and we were unable to pick them up and they had to mail. I have sent numerous emails, the first one they just told me to let them know if I had not received them by the end of the week, when I sent another telling them the pics had still not arrived I got an email saying they would look into it and since then nothing. Anyone else having this problem?
Yes and they are "looking into it". I gave them my cell and home number and have had no call nor any email response since a week ago when I was told they "were looking into it".
I have already paid them 175.60 and have nothing to show for it. Although I was not really worried at first the lack of communication has me now wondering if I should contact my bank and dispute the charges.
I have no idea. My son is still in Basic and I havent gotten to that point yet. Umm but yes I would be as upset as you. I would try calling them again.
They arrived today so in the end it all turned out good. Normally they print them out at graduation and you get to pick them up there, for us the machine broke so we had to rely on the mail. My only beef at this point is it would have been nice to have a little communication from them saying they had resent them. Now we will just sit back and wait for the plaque to arrive.
I have had difficulty getting in touch with Leonards and finally did today. The fellow I spoke with gave me a website to find my son's graduation pictures but the web site is incorrect and nobody is answering the phone just now. He gave me: www.benning@leonards.com then corrected to: www.fortbenning@leonards.com. Neither of those sites work. Does anyone know the site for the Ft. Benning office of Leonards? Thank you
I have been trying to get my husband pic from March 2008 from ft. Benning and still havent got them I have called e-mailed guess what they cant find my order or the fact I paid them
