I personally use 2 of these methods to earn extra cash for holidays & birthday presents. Never hurts to have a gift card or extra cash coming to you in the mail Wink

Make lots of extra cash with Ebay! I buy and sell every week! I sell domestic and worldwide! It's easy to do and you're not affected by your local economy! Paypal even converts foreign currency to US dollars! Goggle even provides translation service to communicate worldwide! Now you can do business with the countries you visited! Being a Vietnam veteran, it was real ironic to be selling stuff to them on Ebay! Make sure you have a storage place with lots of boxes, shipping tape, bubble wrap ect.

I am thinking about trying some as well, as I have unlimited internet access, but no time to work aside from weekend as a full time college student.

When I got out of the Army, I was looking for ways to make extra money. I was able to get a decent job, but it was never enough. A friend of mine introduced me to an organization that has helped me accelerate my finances. I was most impressed with how easy things were to get started.

This thread didn't get shut down initially because it is a link to a military.com article. I had fears, founded it seems, that this thread would turn into what it has -- a bunch of people posting advertising.

If you can't post something relevant to the original post then don't post at all. If this thread gets more advertising it will be shut down.

After checking out all the given websites, except for the secret shopper ones because I don't get them, I've come up with these conclusions..

1.opinion outpost-non existant and popups ( Spammer)
2.chacha-normal website, no jobs (not like kgb)
3.weegy-no jobs, just a voice
4.pixazza-only an app, no job
5.miles of marketing-ONLY for moms

Recruiting Resources should be added to the "Test New Ideas" List. You can check them out at links need home office approval prior to posting.

Hope this helps everyone and Happy Halloween! Smile

I have heard of people working for chacha (which I had never heard of) and making some pocket cash but I do mean pocket cash, as in if you are going to be home making no money anyway, and have spare time, its better than nothing.

Sounds like chacha is not taking new people right now.

I am surprised a service like chacha (or kgb) even generates revenue. Are people that lazy that they cannot google stuff themselves? With the prevalence of netbooks and internet phones, I am surprised those services make any money, and can afford to pay people to sit and do searches for them.

I am pretty sure any of that survey stuff is similar to chacha in terms of the small amount of money you make compared to the volume of work you do.

The thing I don't think I saw mentioned (and probably because its not online/at-home) is having your vehicle "wrapped" with advertising. Not my cup of tea, but I guess it can get you a few hundred dollars per month to be a moving billboard.

I applied to get my vehicle wrapped several times. The advertisers never came through on it. I stopped trying to get it done because it seemed like a scam.

I always wondered if it were worth the hassle since I had read that you need to negotiate a contract with the advertiser yourself. Sounds like it is quite a hassle. I guess its best to just leave it to the city buses to get wrapped.

Special Notice: Some of these are considered fraudulent especially by the State of Missouri, the City of Kansas City in the County of Jackson. The Bunco Squad arrests those for fraud that partake of this mystery shopper adventure. Be Warned.
3.) Become a mystery shopper:
Scammers have been extremely active lately in the mystery shopping field, often ensnaring their victims with promises of high fees and “free” shopping at high-end stores such as Nordstrom. Victims wire “leftover” funds to the con artists (who are usually abroad), only to discover that the cashier’s check they relied upon was counterfeit, leaving them liable for the transferred funds.

But on the positive side, many legitimate companies use undercover shoppers to evaluate products and services from the customer’s point of view. (For more detail, see our list of 100-plus companies who hire mystery shoppers.)

Some sites to check for this kind of work are:
• NARMS
• Secret Shopping Services
• Service Performance Group

No, its just that you have to wade through a lot of scams and things that don't pay much at all to find a good opportunity.

You need to be really careful, that's all.

My wife finally asked me to stop trying any of them because I never made any money at it. I was never looking to get rich, just make a little extra.
