My husband was a Viet Nam combat veteran with a 100% rating by the VA for PTSD. He passed away from heart disease and hypertension. I need to find documented information connecting heart disease/hypertension with PTSD. If I can find this information than I will be elegible to receive DIC benefits. Or perhaps there is a doctor that is known out there that would be willing to review my husbands death certificate or medical records and write a letter for me so I could submit it to the VA board.
