I apologize if this is not the correct place to post but I am just trying to gather some info. A very good friend is getting married in the States June 28. His brother is unable to attend the wedding as he is in Iraq. We thought we could surprise my friend with a video call/phone call from his brother at the wedding. Anyone have any ideas how to go about this.
Best bet is to contact the soldier himself, depending on his assignment this may or may not be possible. If he can't do something live, he might be able to pre-record something and send it to you. A lot of soldiers have access to a Webcam, but some don't - same thing goes for email. See if you can talk to your friend's fiancee to find out his address or email - but you better hurry!
