im wondering if anyone knows how i can find out if a PX on a post has a floral shop in it

The NEX (navy exchange) has a website, on which you can put in your location and it gives you numbers to all the shops that are part of the NEX. Maybe you could search google and find something similar.

Google the name of the installation-that will give you the posts web site-all of the ones i am familiar with have a pdf of the post phone directory on them-and the flower shop is listed there. If there isnt one on post then google florists in the city closest to the installation i.e florists in Lawton OK (ft sill). call one of the ones listed and ask if they deliver on post.

AAFES does the same thing that Mullins mentioned, the search is at the bottom of the page.
