The proudest man i have ever seen,
Must be this man they call Marine.
Sometimes short and sometimes tall,
He is the smartest of them all.

Sometimes stocky sometimes lean,
In his spirit fair but never mean.
Sometimes pale sometimes tanned
Will always give a helping hand

When duty calls he will be there,
On land or sea or in the air
One thing of him we always know,
There is no place he will not go.

Fear has no place inside his heart
His endless courage plays the part
The medals gleaming on his chest
Tell those who see he is the best

To those who know he is a friend
Standing with us till the end
Although most people never see
He started out like you and me

In early days he's trained and trained
Until the knowledge is ingrained
When in service his life he gives
His faultless spirit onward lives

And when his final day is done
Remember he was his mothers son
He was his fathers pride and joy
This man was once their baby boy

His saddened family left behind,
Try in vain good reason to find
But he didn't serve for me or you
He served because he wanted to

He lives to serve but one time more
He becomes the spirit of the Corps
The bravest man you've ever seen
Must be this man they call Marine

For the men of MCAS Yuma, Arizona,U.S.A
God Bless our Troops

To all Marines that have ever enlisted for duty or are going to enlist, I just want to say thank you very much! It is because of brave people like you that the rest of us can sleep soundly without worries. It is because of brave people like you that we dont need to force people to join the military. It is because of brave people like you that our military is the best around. It is because of you that when duty calls, someone is always answering the call. And it is because of you, Marine, that America and all of it's people, will be forever safe.
Thank you very much. I pray for you Marine. Your families are all very proud of you, as am I.
