Does anyone know if there is a standard grade/age for the sacraments in the Military Archdiocese?

We will be moving in a year and where we live right now the parish (not military) splits First Penance and First Holy Communion into two years, 2nd and 3rd grade, and of course one of my kids is about to start 2nd grade. I have decided to hold her back for a couple of reasons (one being her younger brother is a year behind her and I'd rather have them do it together so we can all study and memorize the catechism questions and attend any needed retreats/meetings/etc...together).

I am just curious if we get to our new duty station with a 2nd and 3rd grader both needing those two sacraments if its going to be a huge issue or if, because its the military, its workable. Our current parish makes kids who are off in age for whatever reason do special tutoring and home study instead of letting them into the regular class.

I'd appreciate any insight/personal experience. Thank you.
