A lot of hard case munitions could satisfy this, however had any munition expert thought of the 5000 lb. Butane bomb? We used a smaller version in Nam to suck the air out of the tunnels that the charley mud rats hid in! They were released with extenders and delays that opened up those tunnels like a ant eater at a ant fest!

The use of Navy or Air Force bombing has never won a war. Look at the history of bombing and airstrikes. They're great if you need help on the ground or you're going to send in ground troops after the strikes. If not, all you did was kill very few ragheads and a lot of women and children. The families left hate you and grow another generation of USA haters 'cause you killed their mom, dad, sister, brothers or uncle. You can't hide an airstrike so the news agencies know about it the same day. Recon or former supporters sent in the tribal territories to find the bad guys and call in strikes only work if they don't kill too many locals. The problem is the ragheads hide in the villages, 'cause thre ain't no food in them there hills or caves. The best way is to kill them is up close and personal, you don't need prisoners if they're not leaders. We don't have a real policy on how to win this stupid war on terror, and we're going broke doing it the current way.
