I'm the spouse of a Iraq Veteren, and we have two kids together and are currently in the process of going through a divorce. I need to know if I am elgible to apply for a VA home loan. We live in KY and my husband lives in Virgina. I'm a stay at home mom and our only source of income is the child support and my daughters SSI benefits, since she has Down's Syndrome.
