If there's a veto threat, the Dems must have added some really idiotic Amendments to it. How sure are they that McCain won't veto it? Do you have any info about what was tacked on for the veto threat.

Back pay will most likely have to wait.
My understanding is the funds for the IU backpay has already been allocated with existing funds. |
