OK. Pretty much im about to join the Navy as a HM. I started off wanted to join the marines, BUT they dont have a medic fied so the the next best thing is FMF Corpsman. MY question is what do i have to do to be assigned as a FMF? Im really wanting to go in as FMF? Are there certain qualifications that must be met to join or what?

And for those that are FMF, what is the training like.
