"The day is wasted in which you learn nothing"

I frequently see mod's warnings to members about their behavior, sometimes handing out suspensions or time outs. I've noticed even after a poster is suspended or such, I continue to see new posts from him on the same board/thread. I'm pretty unconcerned about member's language and manners, etc, but wonder:

Are moderator warning messages codified and posted somewhere? Which infraction results in what punishment?

I've read all the "read and heed" links and message board faq's and am still unclear about this. In all my searching for this info, have I just failed?

Yes they are but are for viewing by Admin/Mods ONLY.

keep in Mind also that Each Mod team has authority to run things their way(within the TOS of course) within their domain. What would be completely ignored or tolerated in P/CP would NOT necessarily be allowed in Spouses, for instance, where the focus is very different.
