It's frustrating to NOT get responses when posting private messages based on members' profiles. Does or does NOT pm work?

Toolbar: In sub forum, toolbar is so dark can't read it. How about making it powder blue instead of dark blue?

Private messages are not working but you can send an email via profile,just clicking "send a mesage".

I noticed on most profiles there are 3 rectangular boxes for sending messages, add a buddy, and salutes. How do you make those appear in your own profile?

those only appear when someone else is viewing your profile, not when you are viewing it.

When I click "send a message" on a member's profile, does the message go to his personal email, the one submitted with his mil.com registration? If so, I expect any messages sent to me through mil.com "send a message" would come to my personal email. Correct?

I ask because I've sent several messages but gotten no replies. There could be any number of reasons for this, I'm sure. I intentionally sent messages to people I've had good board posting exchanges with and requested a reply just to test the feature. No go. Just my luck? or is my messaging somehow blocked? Am I, maybe, doing something wrong? It appears too straight-forward to foul up but anything's possible.

Is this somthing new? I have NEVER had email sent to me through my profile "send a message" link come to my military.com addy. The ones I get have always comes to the email addy I am registered with.

If someone goes to their email link from the 'homepage' and addresses an email from there to me using ,'BoatsBM1@militay.com', then yes, that email comes to my military.com email 'inbox'.
