I left the service Aug of 99 and completed my Bachelors shortly after. I am currently 40% disabled and 2 back surgeries later I'm wondering if my children (15 and 16 now) would they be entitled to use my GI Bill? Any advise and what the aplication process is would be great. Point me in the right direction please.
