What you are trying to post is called an "avatar",such as the pic under my SN and under Mrsjvb's name. Go to the same area of your account and 'up-load' an "avatar".

I have similar problem except I am receiving messages from group I signed into with numbers and won't let me login to account to delete account and/or stop messages. Help??
