Any PHS Officers out there? I was thinking about joining the Public Health Service, we had a few PHS officers come by the unit to do some safety inspections and I was highly interested; please give info pertaining to a commission.

Check out USPHS.GOV. I was a prior service HS for about 12, and made the switch. Totally different mission, with still the great feeling of doing something good for others.
