Good day all. Just wondering with the growing LE jobs(MSST, MSRT, TACLET, ETC) and the soon to be ME rate, is their a plan to create a direct career field in the LE community for officers? Thanks.

Just as the DOG includes more deployable units than just tactical LE units, and the Coast Guard's missions include far more than just tactical LE, it's unlikely that an officer will make it very far if he/she just focuses on tactical LE.
The Coast Guard has a LOT of law enforcement authority that cuts across a wide range of mission areas. Officers (especially at the more senior levels) are not expected to be experts in all of those fields, but they are expected to be conversant in those fields.
Thus it's unlikely, at least in the forseeable future, that the Coast Guard will create an entirely separate tactical LE career path for officers.
