I am a prior service Army reservist. I never served any consecutive active duty days except Basic Training/AIT. My ETS was 01/2005. My UA mailed my records but there was not a DD214 or NGB22. I asked for one, she never mailed it. I called another unit there. They said my old unit closed. I wrote to ST. Louis for a copy of my records. They sent my Basic/AIT dd214. I wrote Archives, they have no Separation forms on me. How do I get them? Where else do I look? I am trying to re-enlist in a couple of months after I receive my Bachelors degree in May.

you must request specific imformation from St Louis, ask for record of service, retirement points, AT periods they will send you what they have but you have to ask for specific imformation, I did it and got recors from 1988

Since you were in the Army Reserves then you should only get a DD 214 form because the NGB 22 form is just for National Guard personal.

Do you still have access to AKO? If you do then all your records, to include your DD 214 should be on there. Look under either PERSCOM/HRC or the AKO itself. It should be under both.

NGB 22 is just the the NG and DD214 is only if you're comming off of Active Duty. The USAR will give you orders discharging you.
