What is the process for leaving the AF Reserves and going back on IRR? I joined the Reserves immediately after separating from active duty. I reenlisted in the Reserves until 2012. Since then there have been major life changes and it is becoming more difficult to meet my obligation. I would just like some information on my options. Thanks.
