Do other type of army reserve units have the availability to go to schools like airborne and air assault? Im in an army reserve hospital unit now as enlisted and the training NCO says theres no slots for us for schools like that. I was hoping if the reserve engine corps got to train like that I would stay in the reserves.

AR 140-50 covers OCS for the Reserves. That may help you get started. You can just Google it and find multiple sites that have it.

What is the age limit for prior service? I have ten years active duty, I heard those with ten years or more on active are not eligible for OCS, is that true?
