as a reservist, since i bon't get a DD-214 upon separation, how do i prove my service?

how do i obtain my re-enlistment code?

as a reservist, you recieve a dd-214 at the completion of you intitial training, it will denote "not a final discharge" after any active duty deployment (OIF, OEF )You will recieve a DD-214. there are records of your reserve service, I was out of the Marine reserves for 15 years and they were able to produce my retirement points, AT periods and drill dates. All of those records were paper, made before the advent of digital records so I am sure any recent records will be available too.
