I'm considering joining the National Guard or Navy Reserves and am looking for insight between the two. I'd like to pursue imagery analysis and am curious which branch would provide the most opportunities for this role. Thanks for your suggestions.

Combat Camera (25V) was an amazing experience. I highly suggest pursuing that MOS.

I can't speak for Army, but the Navy Resreves program is pretty great. A lot of options for different paths. I also agree with the revious post. A good buddy of mine did Combat Camera and thought it was the best gig ever. He's got some pretty good stories. Imagery/Intel in the Navy has been pretty good to some people after they get out..fairly sought after...so that's a plus.

And hey...if you go Navy Resreves, you might go IA to the Army for a time anyway.
