I've read email from friends that Navy personnel have died after receiving the H1N1 flu shot. I advise that no one should get the H1N1 flu shot.

As one who started as a Navy Corpsman in '57 and retired from medicine 6/1/09, I have told my kids that I don't want my grandkids to take the shot. Not enough testing, and all new vaccines have a bad track record. This from a Diabetic.

No Navy personel have died from the H1N1 flu shot. My duaghter in law who is pregnat had hers, and my wife and I are anciously awaiting the availability. I had the flu two winters ago, and I still have residual side effects, after two hospital stays and 4 weeks on IV antibiotics for a secondary infection.
