The truth from and old Army Warrant Officer, that’s an oxymoron – RIGHT!

Here are the top criteria, in my IMN2BHO, to be POTUS - not necessarily in order:

  • Vision – FDR
  • Values – AL
  • Leadership – USG
  • Communication skills – RWR
  • Ability to select advisors – JFK
  • Ability to make tough decisions – HST
  • Ability to work with congress – LBJ
  • Respect of the nation prior to election – GW
  • Respect of world leaders prior to election - DDE
  • Intelligence - JEC

    I listed only one president for each criterion and only used a president once. There are many presidents for each category. The are pre-election qualifications. I would really like to find one candidate who met six of my tem. Notice that eight of the tem had military service.

    Make your adjustments and take your shots – compare them with our current canidates.

    At least that’s the way, IMN2BHO, this old soldier and proud Coast Guard dad sees it!
