I re-enlisted back in Sept 07. At the time I couldnt get a good answer to whether my spouse was allowed to use a portion of my MGIB. Well needless to say, I found out that was possible, but it was after I had already re-enlisted. My question is, since I have already re-enlisted am I eligible for any of the perks thats will be introduced in SEP 09?
