Has anyone tried to use thier current Secret Security Clearance info to achieve the lower price for the TWIC card?

No, might as well cough up ~$25 extra to get the full 5 years for a TWIC. It's not clear that a federal security clearance is equivalent to the TWIC threat assessment.
