Hello Everyone,

I am helping a friend with research on her next book about a POW in the Pacific (work of fiction). Does anyone on the forum know any veterans that served as part of an air crew or anyone that was a POW in a Japenese camp? I'm looking for veterans willing to do an interview.

Thank you,

Wes

I am sorry I have not visited the site for several days. I have been following the scorching discussions surrounding the The American Defenders of Bataan and Corregidor's convention where Japan's ambassador spoke to the veterans, and issued Japan's apology to them for the Death March.

Here are a few of my favorite help sites. replace 'dot' with . and remove spaces
The American Defenders of Bataan and Corregidor www dot west-point dot / family / adbc/ .
The Philippine-Scouts Heritage Society www dot philippine-scouts dot org,
The Battling *******s of Bataan www dot Battling *******s of Bataan dot com.
The American ex Prisoners of War organization www dot axpow dot org.

By my interpretation of the rules, these addresses do comply with the no live links to unapproved groups.
(And two are Congressionally chartered - but that is not worth hill of beans. Meow.)
