I need help with a WW II veteran's uniform. I have a picture of Jack Winkler from 1945/46 in Kessel Germany. I would like to know what rank Jack was in this picture. Can anyone help me. Or does anyone remember a Jack Winkler from the 9th Armd Division V. Corp.
