I am starting a new thread for our planned trip during the Memorial Day (week/weekend) in 2009.

I called the Greenbo Lake Lodge today. They still have plenty of rooms left for this weekend. The room rates, including tax, will be around $68.00 for week days and Fri and Sat will be around $79.00 per night. The rate I posted on the other thread was for the Winter season. I forgot to ask if this was for one person or two. I will be calling back next week to check on how many we need to get a group rate.

I barely returned from the Homeless Shelter and donated 100 Blankets, 150 Personal Hygiene Packets, 50 Pajama suits for each age group, so 50 > 2-6 month, 50 > 6 mo to 1 yr. 50 > 2 yr. 50 > 3 yr and 50 > 4 yr and 50 > pajamas for children 5-10 yr old.

They were donated on "BEHALF OF THE DERELICT VETERANS GROUP"

Be happy and be proud guys, we gave and asked nothing in return.
