My husband got out of the Navy. He's doing the Blue to Green. When he got out of the Navy they paid for him to move back home. Im afraid now that we've already been paid from the Navy for this Dity move the Army will not pay for another. He is still in school, and Im still home with my babies, but when the time comes I'd like to know if it's going to come out of our pocket, or if the Army will pay for this Dity move. Just want a heads up to plan ahead. Thanks!

You're talking about a move with authorized orders, right? When he gets out of training? It's essentially your first duty station all over again, so there's no reason why the Army shouldn't move you. They're two totally different moves.

The way I understand it they would move you to his first permanent duty station. If he is going through a school that is long enough and the orders are accompanied they would cover the move there, and then to his command and so on from there.
