what airsta have these billets for us OS's?
and are there any pre-requesits (sp) for it?

also i have a hard time finding any info on what they "do" or any one who is familiar with the job it self.

this no differnt thaan asking were out 378's are located. or what kind of job they do on them?

OPSEC would be a concern for the answers not the over all question.

You can find out where airsta billet's for OS's are, on peoplesoft and CG Central. Just keep in mind that airsta's without C-130's have OS billets that will not be part of the flight crew.

The only pre-req I know of is to successfully complete a flight crew physical including a swim test and such....

As for what they do, I don't know but If I really wanted to know I would contact one of the OS's filling one of those billets and ask.

i saw those billets but when i looked into them, they really didnt tell much info on pplsoft. just who the encumbant was.

thanks for the info though.

started my flight physical already.

i guess thats a neat way to put it.
i found a few link on the net that further explained what the casper sytem is also.

now i just need to find out which air stations have c130's
